”Full Construction” Method

If a football field has an incomplete or damaged drainage system and poor soil substrate. The result is the sod to be continuously degraded or partly ruined especially during the winter period. 

Application method:

• With earthmoving equipment the old sod is removed with 42 cm of soil.
• The new drainage system is being installed with a specialized machine depending on the amount of rainfall in the region
• The new modern irrigation system is being installed 
• A new specific substrate of sand with specific size of high standards is being placed.
• The surface is flattened and the appropriate inclinations are being created with special machinery (laser).
• New sod is being placed.
